When will my order ship?
Please allow a 1-2 days processing time for all orders. Once your order is processed it will take 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped.

How can I track my order?
Go to the navigation at the top of the site and click "Track Your Order". There you can add your email and order number to find an accurate update on your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order must be canceled during the processing time. If your order is not canceled 1-2 business days within the date of purchase then you will have to wait until you receive the order. Once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will refund you.

What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly refund you.

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.
-With a subject of (Refund Request)
-List your product and why you want to return it

Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24-48 hours) with our address to ship your item back.

Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.

Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account. Time for the funds to return to your account depends on your banking institution.

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
